What Clear Spider has Done
With many insurance policies comes a lot of paperwork and this is where Clear Spider was asked to step in and help.
Clear Spider’s solution was custom-designed to log and track both pallets of products as well as bins full of individual items. Inbound and outbound items would be tracked using a combination of the Clear Spider app and their barcoding system. In addition to this, Clear Spider provides Globe life with several inventory reports to help analyze what items have the highest turnover and what item stocking levels should be.

What Clear Spider has Done
BDC decided to team up with Clear Spider due to the software’s proven ability to be flexible to meet their needs yet robust enough to gather all the data they required.
The Clear Spider team developed a system for BDC’s internal print department that streamlined their entire inventory process from when an order is requested right up until the purchase order is created and the product has been shipped out. Several benefits of working with Clear Spider includes integrating with BDC’s cost center program to automatically price out orders, email notifications that trigger when stock levels run low and a custom web portal for BDC employees to use to order more products.

What Clear Spider has Done
Clear Spider makes it possible for PayStation to fulfill orders for scanners and supplies from unique, specialized websites designed for each individual financial institution. When a client places an order through their web portal, UPS shipping rates are automatically calculated and attached to the order which helps streamline the shipping process. Customers are then followed-up with an email which contains UPS tracking and support so they can monitor the progress of their purchase.
Overall, Clear Spider helps streamline the ordering process so both Paystation and their customers have peace of mind when purchasing and receiving critical financial tools.
