Point of Sale
Description
Point of Sale (POS) systems are electronic terminals that enable a business transaction between the company and customer. The POS is typically utilized at the time of payment between the client and the company, where the customer will pay for goods or services that are offered by a company, and payment is processed.
How does it work?
Integrating your POS system with Clear Spider gives you the ability to automate ordering and have better control by tracking real time inventory levels. Consumption/Sales/Sales Return Information is passed from POS to CS. This will create transactions in Clear Spider where replenishment orders are generated, and inventory catalog is maintained. Inventory details such as stock level, location etc. are passed from CS to POS for better and effective order fulfillment.
