What Clear Spider has Done
EIS Inc. needed a robust solution to handle thousands of transactions between its facilities and its customers that occur on a daily basis. They also needed a flexible system that could be rapidly deployed to its diverse customer base.
Clear Spider was able to meet both of these needs while providing clarity to EIS’s inventory processes. Under EIS, Clear Spider’s web application was renamed as AIMS (Advanced Inventory Management System) and serves as a unique value proposition to EIS Inc.’s customers. Through AIMS, these customers can opt into several inventory management options including automatic replenishment, self-serve secure cabinets, access to procurement options and more.

What Clear Spider has Done
Honeywell Intelligrated needed a cloud-based system that could be used to assist with tracking project progress and asset location.
Honeywell Intelligrated was drawn to Clear Spider as their system of choice for 3 main reasons. First, Clear Spider’s ability to track separate inventory items across several different projects simultaneously with the option to terminate projects in the system upon their completion. Second, the cloud-based solution provides mobile asset logging that integrates with Honeywell Intelligrated’s existing systems for relatively little implementation costs and needed set-up time. The third main draw of Clear Spider is the ability to automatically gather inventory data and provide detailed reports to help guide internal decision making processes.
Clear Spider is deployed at all project locations and is used for receiving, storing, kitting and order management. The system provides much needed visibility into Honeywell Intelligrated’s operations and saves Honeywell Intelligrated valuable time, money and resources every day.

American Trading International partnered with Clear Spider to assist with the organization and order fulfillment for products for their clients in Saudia Arabia.
Clear Spider is used to manage Arabic labels used on several exported American product lines and provides American Trading with several key benefits. Besides offering greater visibility into their current label inventory processes, Clear Spider has been configured to provide great value in their shipping department. Through Clear Spider, American Trading can offer their customers a tiered bulk pricing options within the system, create purchase order forms for outbound orders and be alerted of low stock levels via the replenishment function. Clear Spider has also integrated with SAP in order to pass along critical product and customer info into American Trading’s existing back-end.
Overall, Clear Spider has become an integral, flexible tool that American Trading uses to continue to provide excellent value to its customers both in America and abroad.

About Aurora Parts & Accessories
Aurora Parts & Accessories, LLC. is a single source OES provider of trailer parts headquartered in Lebanon, Indiana. They maintain the largest line of trailer parts, container/chassis components, and truck body parts for the transportation industry in North America and host a distribution network of over 300 independent dealers.
What Clear Spider has Done
Aurora Parts maintains the inventories of their customers and is responsible for maintaining records on what each dealer has purchased and what they have actually received. With hundreds of customers’ inventories to watch, Aurora Parts needed a solution that allowed them to see what stock was needed and to accurately monitor what inventory was going to each customer.
With the help of Clear Spider, Aurora Parts was able to do both of these and more. Clear Spider allowed Aurora Parts to see into each of their customers’ inventories to so they could provide individual service to multiple customers simultaneously. This significantly improved Aurora Parts’ ability to react to the changing needs of their customers in a flexible and efficient manner.

About Cobalt Brands
Cobalt Brands is a family-owned company with headquarters based out of Manhattan, New York. They are a manufacturer, retailer and distributor of several luxury brand spirits and the Royall Lyme of Bermuda line of fragrances.
What Clear Spider has Done
Cobalt Brands partnered with Clear Spider to help with managing both their orders and overall inventory processes. Clear Spider receives information from Cobalt’s Shopify web store and allocates the appropriate inventory to each order. As orders are fulfilled, stock levels are updated in real time so Cobalt Brands is aware of what stock the have available at any given time.
Clear Spider has also implemented a kitting solution that automatically combines individual inventory pieces into a single item to fulfill orders. The kitting solution automatically updates the part counts of the individual parts used to make the kit so inventory levels remain accurate. Finally, Clear Spider’s system is also integrated with Cobalt’s accounting software which makes tracking revenue and costs both accurate and effortless.
