Noble Foods needed a warehouse management system that could help it keep its promises to its end customers and their search ultimately led them to Clear Spider.
Through the work of Clear Spider’s talented team, barcoding & pallet system was implemented to help show physical item locations within the warehouse, provide detailed expiry dates with a FIFO system and track partially used items for later use. Additionally, Clear Spider creates a custom pick-list that allows Noble’s staff to see where exactly the right ingredient bin is and allows the staff member to scan items off the list as they are picked.
Overall, Clear Spider has provided Noble Foods with a system that helps them cut costs, improves labor efficiency and allows them to continue to provide the highest quality service to their customers.

Clear Spider partnered with Rent-A-Center and Rent-Time Furniture to provide an inventory management solution tailored to their specific needs.
Clear Spider was implemented to track what Rent-A-Center’s stock is and where it goes. The system provided the ability to track items by their specific brand, retailer and client renting it. Customized labels and fields for inventory were also utilized to tailor RAC’s instance of Clear Spider to their exact specifications. Through Clear Spider, RAC can see detailed analytics on what products have the highest turnover or most popular to help with forecasting customer demand.

What Clear Spider has Done
One major piece of Caviar’s business model is providing catering options to corporate customers and special events. In either of these cases, the Caviar team is responsible not only for catering the food, but handling the set-up of the dining space as well. Each event may demand numerous different assets (consumable and non-consumable) and this revealed the need to have an inventory management system that could allocate and track these assets for each event.
Caviar chose to work with Clear Spider due to its ability to provide overall visibility into their inventory processes for both outbound events and transfers between stocking locations. By using the Clear Spider mobile app, Caviar is able to scan inventory into the system remotely without the additional cost of dedicated scanners.
Clear Spider is also able to prioritize specific events and can immediately allocate the necessary inventory so high priority events are never short on supplies. Clear Spider has helped Caviar run more efficiently, track their inventory more accurately and become more flexible in achieving their goals.
